The Chemical Testing Lab (hereinafter the "Company") respects your privacy, as well as the privacy of all its customers and users of its services (hereinafter the "User" and/or "Users"), when using the Company's website, and the Company's various digital means, including the use of the app (hereinafter the "Services").
The purpose of this privacy policy is to outline the information collected about you due to the use of the services, as well as to review how the Company uses the information provided to it and collected by it due to the use of the Services.

All definitions and terms in the Privacy Policy will be implied in the Terms of Use unless the context requires otherwise.
Collection and Use of information

The Company may from time to time change the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, jointly or separately, to reflect technological, business, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates regarding the privacy policy will be published in this document, which can be found in its updated format on the company's website and in the app (hereinafter "the company's sites"). Use of the Company's websites is subject to the current privacy policy, and will indicate your consent to the privacy policy as well as changes to it - therefore we recommend reviewing the privacy policy from time to time. Some of the services provided require registration and/or delivery of personal information, such as full name, ID number, address, credit information, ways to contact you, information about your location, details of the intended delivery address, the content of the greetings you enter and any information that may be necessary for the operation of the company's websites and the provision of the services.
The above information also allows you, among other things, to sign in to your personal account, where you will be required to identify yourself, whether by your username and password or in some other way.

The company has registered databases in which the data and details provided and/or collected about the users of the sites are saved to be used for, amongst other things, managing and operating the company's websites, including the information and services offered on and/or through it, providing services to customers and users of the site, for direct mailing, sales, management of customer club, marketing, customer acquisition, recruitment, conducting surveys, as well as conducting statistical studies and analyses for both operational and commercial and marketing purposes, etc. It is hereby clarified that the user does not have any obligation under the law to provide such information and that the disclosure of the information depends on the user’s will and consent. However, the user is aware that in order to contact the company and/or register for its mailing list on the site, filling in some fields is a prerequisite. Also, please note that without providing certain details, we will not be able to provide the services offered, in part or in full.

The user declares that all information provided and/or updated on the company's websites is correct, reliable, and accurate and that he made the contact and/or registration for the personal area and/or the mailing list on his own behalf and for himself and not on behalf and/or for third parties, except in cases in which it was expressly permitted to do so by a third party. The information provided by the user, even before giving any details to the company, as well as additional information that will accumulate about him and his actions through the company's websites will be stored in the company's databases as described above and will be used under the purposes of the database outlined in Section 6 above in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the law.

When performing certain actions within the Services, information may also be required to be transferred to vendors implementing execution of the action and to the parties associated with that operation such as computer providers, clearing companies, cloud service providers (information storage), and so on. The information will be kept by the company and will be passed on to the relevant parties to complete the operations.

All information provided and/or collected about you in order to provide the services in whole or in part and/or during their delivery will be stored in the Company's registered and secure databases and will be held by it and/or by someone on its behalf, including through "Cloud" services, in Israel and / Or abroad. The use of the information will be in accordance with the purposes of these databases and stated in this policy and/or the individual policy of the service you use.

Access and use of information

As part of using the app, you may be asked to allow access to certain services from your device, whether from your computer, mobile phone, or any other end device, to perform certain operations. These permissions include, but are not limited to:
-Access to location services - so that we can show you where the branch closest to you is.
-Access to text messages - to verify your identity by reading the verification code sent to you by SMS from the company.
- Push notification services - so that you can receive push notifications about a variety of account operations and various services that you may be interested in.
-Access to device identification/identity data - for creating a unique ID when registering for various services, identification, and authentication for the protection of your privacy.
- You do not have to approve these services, and you can also block access to them through your device, but closing such access may result in you not being able to receive all or part of the services provided.

The Company may use the information to make decisions concerning you or others, in matters of making recommendations, fraud prevention, security of services, for operational purposes, fraud detection and/or other illegal activity, security of services, and for contacting you.

The company may send you operational messages, alerts, and updates in various ways, including by email or via text messages, such as a message containing an identification code to access the site and/or app, to recover a password, messages regarding your actions, performance certificates or instructions and various uses of the services.

The company's services may include advertisements and/or various links to websites and/or external apps. Clicking on the link will be at your sole risk and responsibility, as you will leave the company's services/website and be directed to an external website and/or app and will be subject to its terms, including its privacy policy. From that point on, the company will have no control over what happens to your information, and therefore will not be held responsible for it.

Without derogating from the above, the Company may send to you and contact you, from time to time, by e-mail and/or other means of communication, information about its services, and customized offers also by way of direct mail, subject to your consent. You are entitled to request to cease receiving the information and you may remove yourself from receiving such notices and/or offers by following the removal instructions that will be attached to the notice. Note - Any removal request from a mailing list that is not submitted as detailed above and per the instructions in the individual notice, will not be accepted and will not be considered as a removal request submitted by you and/or received by the company.
Providing information to a third party

The Company may transfer information about you to third parties from time to time, in some cases, as set forth below, and/or in any other case in which the Company will be required to do so:
- at the user's request and/or with his express consent
- To transfer information to the suppliers of the products and/or services to complete the operations requested by you and/or when required for the handling of the services, such as external clearing companies to make the payment for the service, including a cloud service provider.
- As part of its activities with business-related companies, for the stated and permissible purposes of use under any law, to provide the services, and including for risk management in the company.
- In the event that you violate the Terms of Use, including the terms of the Privacy Policy and/or in cases where you perform or attempt to perform yourself and/or through someone on your behalf, through the Services, and/or in connection with them, actions contrary to the Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, Provisions of any law.
- Due to a court order instructing the company to disclose the information to third parties per the order.
- Every person, corporation, body, government authority and entity, public, private or other according to any provision of law that obliges or imposes on the company an obligation to do so.
- To conduct a procedure and/or legal dispute, between you and/or someone on your behalf and the company and/or someone on its behalf, including to convert traffic, parking, or other reports.
- In any case where the company believes that the provision of the information is necessary to prevent serious damage to the company, and/or the property and/or the user’s body and/or third parties, or to prevent other serious damage at its sole discretion.
- If the company transfers and/or assigns its activities and/or its rights and obligations towards the user to a third party, also in the event of a change in control of the company, including by way of merger or acquisition of all or most of its assets, provided that such third parties assume the provisions outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The Company may provide statistical information to third parties, including advertisers, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Statistical information provided to third parties will not personally identify you.

The aforementioned does not detract from the company's right to transfer to third parties non-personal information, which does not directly identify you by name and/or your identity information.

The company does everything in its power to protect the confidentiality of the data provided by the user while taking accepted precautions and using advanced security technologies. You are aware that the company devotes resources and takes strict measures to prevent intrusion into the platforms that provide the services and to prevent any possible invasion of the user's privacy, but cannot completely prevent disruptions in its services.
